As we get set to release Midnight Redemption, our first full-length self-released album due out on our new website in September, we are going to overhaul the offerings and little to-dos on the website. Soon all will be able to sample the new album, purchase the new album, and even add a Thief in the Night T-shirt to the shopping cart...all with FREE SHIPPING!!...so don't forget to keep checking the site for updates!
- CD Release Party in Indianapolis scheduled...
Thief in the Night will debut Midnight Redemption LIVE in celebration of the CD's release on October 7, 2005 at LOCALS ONLY---2449 E. 56th St. Come celebrate with us and our friends as we recreate the album with members from local Indy bands and other local musicians. It's going to be sweet, trust us!

- What's happening in May...?
As April quickly draws to a close, we want to thank everyone who made the Grand Opening show at Locals Only - such a great time...It had been a while since we'd played for 3 hours straight, so thanks for the...um....we will call them "encores".
We have some great shows coming up in May that you won't want to miss: Rock Lobster acoustic show May 4, Birdies Live rock show May 12, and a Friday the 13th show at Locals Only (be sure to come yielding axes and lots of fake blood).

Our first studio album, set to be mixed and pressed by mid-June, is coming together quite nicely. It's turned out to be 16 of our best (in our opinion) songs from the past 9 years of our songwriting catalog...half recorded at Bob & Toms studio The Static Shack, half recorded at Red Hen Recording studio.

- What happened in April...?
Wow... April? Already? Well shoot - let's git-r-dun then. On Friday, April 8th, Locals Only will be having their GRAND OPENING featuring Thief in the Night. It's a new bar (the old one was the Hideway on Hillside) with the same great owners, and it'll be a blast. If there's only one show you make it to between April 1st and April 9th, make it this one!!! More to come...

So far, Thief in the Night has booked a FRIDAY NIGHT SHOW at Birdy's Bar & Grill on March 18th. More to come...
- What happened in January & February...?
Well, as we all know, Thief in the Night will never die. Even though Birch is gettin' hitched. Thief in the night has a show on February 3rd at Birdy's Bar & Grill, WITH BIRCH!! We're not letting him go yet. Keep checking for updates in Feb. and Mar. Uhh... so I guess nothing in January? Well, let's face it, everyone needs a little break from live music. However, Adrian and Shawn went into the studio with Chris Dobb's to record three tracks: Mo Duinne, Which Step, and Home to Bargain. Check them out on in the media section and find out why they call Dobb's the "Digital Razablade"!
- What happened in November & December...?
In November, Thief in the Night will be playing a show at Birdy's Bar & Grill, and another show with Mardelay at Pepper's the night before Thanksgiving (wednesday, 11/24/04). Get there early because it is expected to fill up quite nicely. In December, they will play another duo of shows at The Hideaway on Hillside, including hosting an open mic nite at 10pm on December 2nd (Thursday), and playing their ever-popular Saturday night show on the 4th. If it's anything like previous Saturday-night gigs at The Hideaway (which it undoubtedly will be), you will see Thief In The Night play at their best in a very intimate environment with great audience involvement. See you there!
- What happened in September and October...?
Thief in the Night played a number of shows in September and October including Rock Lobster, an acoustic performance at The Casba***, the Uptown Battle of the Bands at Birdy's Bar & Grill, and one of Thief In The Night's favorite venues: The Hideaway On Hillside. Thief in the Night hosted an open mic at the Hideaway and had a great time doing it! They also played a great show there with a full set which had an awesome turnout.
- What happened in August...?
Thief In The Night had a busy schedule in August including playing in the second round of the Battle of the Bands at The Patio.
Other venues included Birdy's Bar and Grill, The Hideaway on Hillside, and The Cozy.
Thief in the Night worked in the studio for many long hours and finished recording a couple new tracks. They also wrote several new songs including Sunlight and Ocean, Like Shine, and April 3rd, and have been updating their set list frequently.
- Official Site Launch!
thiefinthenightmusic.com: we officially launched our site in late August. Over the next few weeks we will continue to update our site by including:
